The Big Blue Handball Open Doubles event had 60 entries (30 teams). Benji Brettner and brother Lou Brettner beat Albert Apuzzi and Joe Durso in 3 games to gain the finals spot. Richard Spatero and Eddie Frangione bested Eddie Golden and Al Marinelli in 3 games to gain the other finals spot.
